Angel is a Christian devotional app that helps users reflect, pray, and return to Scripture through a short daily devotional flow.
Your privacy matters. Angel is designed to avoid unnecessary accounts, tracking, and data collection.
When you use Angel, you may type a short reflection about what you are carrying, feeling, or praying through. Angel uses that reflection to generate a Scripture-based devotional experience.
Examples of information you may choose to provide include a personal check-in, feelings or spiritual concerns, a selected Bible translation, and reminder preferences. Please do not enter sensitive information that you do not want processed by the app.
Angel uses your check-in text to generate devotional content, including a Bible passage, short reflection, Scripture context, prayer moment, and next step.
Angel may send your check-in text to its private backend service, which may use third-party AI processing to generate the devotional response. The app is designed so that AI credentials remain server-side and are not stored in the mobile app.
Angel does not use your devotional check-ins to sell advertising.
Angel may store recent devotional information on your device so the app can show your recent return and maintain a simple devotional rhythm. This local data is stored on your device and may be removed if you delete the app or clear app data.
Angel may request permission to send notifications only if you choose to set a devotional reminder. Notifications are optional. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.
Angel does not currently require users to create an account. Angel does not currently include in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Angel may use service providers to operate the app, host the backend, and generate devotional content. These providers may process information only as needed to provide the app experience. Current service categories may include app hosting/backend infrastructure, AI content generation, and app distribution platforms.
Angel is a devotional and spiritual reflection app. It is not medical care, therapy, emergency support, crisis counseling, or a substitute for professional help.

Angel is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information through Angel, they may contact support to request help.
Angel does not sell personal information. Angel does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
